At some point or another in our lives, we find ourselves struggling with common symptoms, such as brittle nails, weight gain, thinning hair, constipation, menstrual or sexual dysfunction, dull skin, mood swings, and extreme exhaustion.
Having to work out during that time of the month when we feel crampy and fatigued can feel like our worst nightmare. All we want to do is slouch on the couch, eat chocolate, and hide our bloated tummy!
